Order Fulfillment

At TFS, we understand that a major part of our clients’ success is based on the services we provide to their customers. From the largest of orders to the smallest, our priority is to process and ship each client’s orders quickly, accurately and efficiently.

Our fulfillment services are managed by our custom-designed inventory control and order processing system. Upon receiving your inventory at our distribution facility, we immediately verify the shipment for accuracy, inspect the product and enter the quantities and receiving information into our system for instant viewing by the client. All receiving is completed within 24 hours. Each client’s inventory is then stored in its designated location in our distribution facility and ready for order processing.

TFS can accept orders by a variety of means, including by e-mail or a web site. Orders received are entered into our system upon receipt to allow for immediate order processing. With very few exceptions, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day they are received. Strict attention is given to all aspects of the process to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

TFS does not send out a packing slip bearing its name with your orders. Rather, we design your packing slip with your company information so that your customers will never see the TFS name on your packing slip.
